Customer Accounts Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Accounts Representative is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience from the first inquiry through ongoing account support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers by responding to new service requests, following up with leads, managing customer communications, maintaining our CRM, and ensuring customers remain satisfied after service begins.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Customer Sales & Lead Management 

• Respond promptly to new residential and commercial service inquiries received by phone, email, website, and text. 

• Follow up with prospective customers who have requested information but have not yet started service. 

• Answer customer questions regarding pricing, service areas, and available services. 

• Help convert new inquiries into long-term customers through timely, professional communication. 

• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.

Customer Success & Retention 

• Welcome new customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 

• Reach out to new customers within the first few weeks of service to ensure they are satisfied and answer any questions. 

• Build positive relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty. 

• Resolve customer concerns or coordinate with operations to ensure timely solutions. 

• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and retention. 

CRM & Customer Account Management 

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information within the CRM. 

• Track all customer communications and follow-up activities. 

• Manage customer account updates and documentation. 

• Assist with reporting on lead activity, conversions, and customer satisfaction. 

Social Media & Customer Communications 

• Monitor company social media accounts for customer questions and messages. 

• Respond professionally to comments, direct messages, and online inquiries. 

• Assist with customer announcements, service updates, and community communications. 

• Help maintain a positive online reputation through responsive customer engagement. 

Customer Support 

• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally. 

• Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests. 

• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to resolve service-related issues. 

• Deliver friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented customer service with every interaction. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or administrative experience preferred. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 

• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, text message, and social media. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. 

• Experience using CRM software is preferred. 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Fleet Manager 

Location: Farmington, MO 
Employment Type: Full-Time 

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the trucking company. This position oversees daily transportation operations, fleet performance, drivers, maintenance, safety, customer service, financial performance, and administrative functions. The Fleet Manager ensures the company operates safely, efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced transportation leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage people, equipment, customers, and operational resources in a fast-paced environment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Growth & Market Expansion 

Develop and execute strategies to grow residential and commercial waste collection services. 

Identify and secure new residential community contracts (HOAs, subdivisions, municipal agreement). 

Prospect and onboard commercial dumpster customers including construction companies, retail businesses, restaurants, and industrial facilities. 

Lead initiatives to expand operations into surround counties and underserved markets. 

Evaluate opportunities for Fleet and container expansion to support growth. 

Fleet, Equipment & Capital Asset Expansion 

Develop capital plans for acquiring additional garbage trucks, roll-off trucks, dumpsters and containers. 

Ensure efficient utilization and maintenance of all fleet and equipment assets. 

Work with ownership to determine capital investment priorities and ROI analysis for new assets. 

Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. 

Operational Efficiency and Route Optimization 

Oversee daily waste collection operations, including dispatch and route management. 

Optimize route planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency, reduce fuel costs and increase route density. 

Implement technology and operational practices that improve productivity, efficiency, and service reliability. 

Monitor operational performance metrics, and adjust routes based on growth and demand. 

Customer Experience & Service Quality 

Ensure a high-quality customer experience for both residential and commercial customers. 

Oversee customer onboarding including seamless account setup, billing enrollment, and auto-pay implementation. 

Establish service standards ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and service issues. 

Maintain a customer-first culture focused on reliability, professionalism and responsiveness. 

Vendor & Disposal Cost Management 

Negotiate competitive rates with transfer stations, landfills, and waste processing facilities.  

Manage contracts related to waste transportation, transfer and final disposal. 

Monitor disposal costs and identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses while maintaining compliance.  

Team Leadership & Workforce Development 

Recruit, hire, train and supervise drivers, route operators, customer service staff, and operational personnel. 

Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, safety, and service quality. 

Implement ongoing training programs to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance. 

Build a leadership pipeline to support future company growth and expansion. 

Process Improvement, SOPs & KPIs 

Implement Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for all operational functions. 

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) including: 

- Route efficiency. 

- Customer acquisition growth. 

- Service reliability. 

- Customer satisfaction. 

- Cost per route. 

- Disposal cost optimization. 

- Revenue growth per asset. 

Utilize performance data to drive continuous operational improvements.  

Financial Oversight 

Manage operating budgets and ensure cost discipline across operations. 

Monitor revenue performance across residential and commercial accounts. 

Evaluate pricing strategies to remain competitive while maintaining profitability.  

Provide regular operational and financial reporting to ownership.

Knowledge of transfer stations, landfill operations, and waste disposal regulations.

Garbage Truck Driver 

Location: Farmington, MO

POSITION SUMMARY

The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient collection of residential, commercial, and/or industrial solid waste and recyclable materials along assigned routes. This position operates waste collection vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to providing excellent service to customers and the community. In addition to operating the vehicle, the driver will have additional tasks associated with waste collection and works closely with dispatch and team members to ensure daily goals are met. 

This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following: 

Safely operate a residential or commercial waste collection truck. 

Safely maneuver large trucks in residential or commercial areas.

Bookkeeper

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Accountant/Bookkeeper will join an important team responsible for the day-to-day accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This person will join a team of professionals working to ensure accounts are accurate and that department processes follow appropriate controls and standards. If you’re interested in processing invoices, data entry, and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable and Payroll this role is for you. In addition, the position will be looked upon to provide timely reports that focus on key financial metrics to aid in strategic business decisions. This is a highly visible position. This position reports to the Assistant Controller with direct interactions with the CFO.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:

Actively participate with a team to perform accounting activities including accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, cash flow management, banking, tax, and audits

Assist in accounts receivable with processing daily invoices/credits, applying cash receipts

Assist in delivering all month-end activities including account reconciliations

Assist in enforcing all financial controls across multiple departments and platforms

Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)

Assist with performing internal audits

Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and perform variance analysis

Other duties as assigned
